Troubleshooting Conflict
Leadership Tools for a Healthy Workplace
If you want to be able to have hard conversations without your team’s morale plummeting, I can help.
As a leader, initiating difficult conversations comes with the territory. Challenging poor behaviors, clarifying expectations, and providing feedback can sometimes ruffle feathers, but they go a lot smoother if the goals are learning and relationship.
My name is Meni Mantzavrakos and for over 20 years, I've been helping leaders make conflict useful, so they can spend less time feeling stressed and more time getting things done.

If it’s one thing I’ve learned from leading people over the years is that conflict skills are the key to effective leadership. I didn’t always get the tough conversations “right”, no matter how much I tried, or cared. But over the years I’ve had some strong role models, lots of practice and training when it comes to bringing people together. I’ve led project teams, sales teams, restaurant staff and worked in youth sports. Whatever the context, one thing’s for sure, the ability to have difficult conversations that enhance the relationship is the key to creating trust.
Helping my clients improve their ability to resolve conflicts on their own is the best part of my job. As your guide on the side, let’s develop the skills you need to make leadership less stressful and more rewarding.
